Normally, we’d brush off the MTV Movie Awards as a bunch of fluff awards voted on by teens with no taste, but this year they gave The Avengers a lot of love and Twilight only one trophy,  so you kids get a pass for 2013. Keep it up; there’s hope for the future of America yet!

Maria Hill is Pissed in the Alternate Opening of THE AVENGERS

While this Blu-ray clip showing how The Avengers might have begun is very Bendis-like and true to the character of Maria Hill, it really changes the mood of the whole film from one of ” superheroic victory” to “destruction due to vigilantes”.  Good decision in changing it.

Even an Agent Coulson Can Cry

A talented fan with too much time on his hands has created this sculpture of everyone’s second favorite agent of SHIELD envisioned as…well, The Vision. There’s been a lot of fan speculation about the return of Agent Coulson to The Avengers franchise as the emotionless android, but sadly this is just one insane man’s skilled idea brought to life.

And for our own curiosity, we colorized it to see how it’d look in four-color glory. What do you think? Could it work on film?
