October’s Top 11 Searches Used To Find Us

Our web host supplies us with stats about the number of visitors we get per month, what links they click, what site led them to us. But the most entertaining stat (if you find statistics entertaining, that is) is the list of search engine terms used to lead people to us. We understand some of these, but sometimes we shake our heads wondering how a certain combination of words makes Google say “Oh, you must want HeGeekSheGeek.com!” Not that we’re complaining mind you.

Here are our favorite search engine terms for October:

  1. grouch
  2. picture of a lantern
  3. coloring books for geeks (Coincidentally, this went up soon after!)
  4. oh baby twilight
  5. megaman dr wily detroit
  6. captain america and his girl (Maybe a Heroes Reborn search?)
  7. unshaved lips
  8. lalala reseen
  9. is joyce giraud anoying (Answer: Nope, she’s extremely sweet!)
  10. carrot top, lord of thundercats (I think this is what you’re looking for?)
  11. claustrophobia enchantment of the seas
